Phoebe Washburn @ the Whi Bi
From the NY Times: "Phoebe Washburn, known for transforming large-scale installations into self-contained architectural environments, has created an ecosystem, planting paper-whites in brightly colored golf balls immersed in 60 gallons of circulating Gatorade." Her piece in the 2008 Whitney Biennial was a stand-out/knock-out success. Made me want to plant flowers and get fully hydrated.
